Formally educated in the fields of Biology and Law, Chris embarked on a business career in international finance, intellectual property and business after leaving University. Following his love of food and wine he was fortunate to develop a friendship and partnership with jayson Woodbridge in the 1990’s. Jayson and Chris went on to create and grow a world renowned winery business based in the Napa Valley, The Hundred Acre Wine Group. The Hundred Acre Wine Group is firmly established as an innovator and creative force in the wine and spirits world having produced 12 perfect 100 point wines and also having developed a highly successful luxury value portfolio distributed around the world.
Chris joined with Jayson, good friend Richard Howell, and, Ethan Wayne to form Monument Valley Distillers and Duke Spirits, destined to carry forward a dream and the legacy of the great John Wayne in his love of spirits. Chris brings his drive for perfection and innovation to Duke Spirits and leads the charge on brand creation, development, marketing and spreading the American force and legend of John Wayne.
Jayson is the founder and winemaker for Hundred Acre Wine group owned and managed by he and his partner Chris Radomski.
Jayson is extremely passionate about wine and has been awarded twelve perfect 100 point scores by the world’s leading wine critic Mr. Robert Parker Jr. of the Wine Advocate. Jayson is also extremely passionate about distilling, guns, cars, boats, horses, planes and cigars of course. He grew up watching The Duke make his indelible mark on American culture and ideals. He is very proud to be part of John Wayne’s last dream and will seek to follow a path of quality first distilling and in the course of hand crafting THE DUKE – Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Special Cask releases.

John Wayne’s youngest son, is president of John Wayne Enterprises, the sole and exclusive steward of the John Wayne brand. In addition, Ethan also serves as the Director of the John Wayne Cancer Foundation (JWCF), a non-profit organization established by the Wayne family following John Wayne¹s own heroic battle with cancer. Since its founding in 1985, the John Wayne Cancer Foundation has supported Research, Education, Awareness, and Support Programs in its mission to bring courage, strength and grit to the fight against cancer.
Francesco’s personal appeal has made him a hit with his A-list celebrity clientele, world-class corporate clients, national restaurant chains, international hotel companies and the thousands of people who’ve attended his seminars and live events.
Winner of many high-profile awards and most prestigious cocktail competitions, but his proudest achievement is founding the Academy of Spirits and Fine Service, a 12-week education program that has trained over 1000 beverage professionals.
